A section of Langley’s main thoroughfare, 200th Street, was used to promote candidates in the civic election.

But a large number of signs in the 4600-block of 200th Street, under the hydro lines, were vandalized just ahead of today’s election.

Most of the signs were knocked down, while others were spray painted.

There have been smaller incidents of vandalism noted in the weeks leading up to election day, but this was the most notable.
