Maxine Blinston has earned her certification through the Institute of Professional Bookkeepers of Canada.
Blinston owns Hilltop Income Tax and Bookkeeping Service Ltd.
The IPBC’s mandate is to institute professional standards specially for the Canadian bookkeeping profession.
She earned the CPB designation after passing a two-hour closed book exam, which was based on the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.
