Coulter Berry, Langley City Sqaure, Timms Centre among building awards finalists

The sixth annual Fraser Valley Commercial Building Awards will be held Nov. 17 at the Cascades Casino conference centre.

The new Timms Community Centre is a finalist in the annual Fraser Valley Commercial Building Awards. Several Langley buildings are in the running for top honours.

A record 40 finalists will compete for top honours in the sixth annual Fraser Valley Commercial Building Awards, which will be held Nov. 17 at the Cascades Casino Resort in Langley.

Surrey Christian School won the Judges’ Choice Best Overall entry in the awards last year, which celebrates the best commercial and industrial buildings in the Fraser Valley, from White Rock and Langley to Abbotsford and Chilliwack.

New institutional, commercial, industrial, multi-family, recreational and renovation projects completed between Jan. 1, 2015 and Aug. 31, 2016 are eligible.

The finalists in Langley are:
