Langley auto body shop wins customer service award

Murrayville shop recognized for outstanding efforts

On Line Collision in Murrayville was recently awarded a 2011 AutocheX Premier Achiever Award for outstanding customer service.

AutocheX is a third party company that measures customer satisfaction levels for body shops through surveys. On Line Collision and 14 other c.a.r. shop VALET facilities in B.C. achieved customer satisfaction scores in the top five per cent of over 7,000 shops across North America. Scores are based on criteria including the shop’s ability to keep customers informed, provide on time deliveries and provide efficient, safe and quality repairs.

“We’re extremely proud of the 15 shops that have consistently made customer service a top priority,” said Darcy Gorchynski, ICBC’s director of material damage services.

“We know our customers want to get back on the road as fast as possible while knowing their car has received top-quality repairs. We’re committed to working with our collision repair partners to make sure our customers have the best experience possible.”

On Line Collision has been serving the Langley community since 1990. Owners Milt and Kim Kruger say “their vision was to offer a superior level of quality and personal service that seems to be a thing of the past.

“Our governing philosophy is (that) the relationship with our customer is a long term one, and we want to treat them as we would treat family. This belief exists throughout our staff and is present in every aspect of our business.”
