Envision Financial’s Full Cupboard Holiday Program helped make the holiday season a little brighter for those in need.
The program, which is now in its fifth year, collected over 800 gifts, 3,665 pounds of food and nearly $4,000 to benefit their community partners.
The program helps those in need around the Lower Mainland at Kitimat.
In Langley, there were 226 gifts collected and 535 pounds of food.
The Full Cupboard program has committed to raising $1 million for local food banks over the next 10 years. So far, more than $176,000 and 17,300 pounds of food have been raised.
