Aldergrove's alpaca family-run farm is hosting its 4th big annual holiday market over two days on Dec. 7 and 8.
Kensington Prairie Farm's annual Alpacas & Artisan Holiday Market runs both Saturday and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. both days (last entry at 3:30).
And unique this year, is an online code available for visitors from any city who cannot afford the admission to attend free, explained farmhand Dee Milton.
To get the code, people can email the farm at info@kpfarm.com.
Tickets are $7.50 per adult, and kids five years and younger can enter free, and are available for purchase online at kensingtonprairie.ca.
Proceeds from general admission tours walks, and other animal interactions on our farm are donated to Quechua benefit, which is the children’s charity in Peru.
"This is a family-friendly event and the money goes to charity, so it's not something we want anybody to miss out on," Milton said.
The market will feature 20 vendors, alpaca fibre products, food trucks, and pictures with Santa.
As always, there will also be hourly information sessions where visitors can get up close with the alpacas.
Kensington Prairie is located at 1736 248 St.
