Soroptimist Noreen Straker holds “Groom’s Desire,” one of the many decorated bras on display at Saturday’s Bras for a Cause fundraiser (left and far left). The event raised money for breast and ovarian cancer research in Canada, as well as to provide funding for Breast Friends, an organization in the Philippines. A highlight of the evening was the awarding of an $8,000 diamond ring to 19-year-old Rachelle Anderson.
