These two-hour classes will teach you the basic skills to safely preserve fresh fruits and vegetables.
Intro to hot water bath canning classes are offered on Sept. 14, from 6-8 p.m. in Aldergrove, and Sept. 24, from 6:30-8:30 p.m. in Langley. Registration is required.
