Langley Township firefighters will out at grocery stores, pubs, the Langley Events Centre and elsewhere on the evening of Sept. 18, and all day Sept. 19 and 20 for the Muscular Dystrophy Boot Drive.
This weekend, firefighters from all seven Township of Langley fire halls will be out in the community, boots in hand, to collect donations for the Muscular Dystrophy Association of Canada.
The annual Boot Drive will raise funds to fight Muscular Dystrophy, a neuromuscular disorder that weakens and wastes away the muscles that control body movement.
