Hundreds of participants braved The Gauntlet, The Leap of Faith and The Commando Crawl and Napoleon Complex on the Cloverdale Fairgrounds on Saturday.

It was the Rugged Maniac Obstacle Race: Five kilometres of mud, sweat and fire from 25 obstacles for the bravest of weekend warriors.

Rugged Maniac is hosting 24 races across North America this year.
