Ishtar Transition Housing Society presents its ninth candlelight vigil, marking International Day for the Elimination of Violence Against Women.
The entire community is invited to join them on Monday, Nov. 25, at McBurney Lane in downtown Langley City, beginning at 5 p.m. for a short ceremony to honour the women who have suffered from violence.
