The Langley Food Bank invites all current and past donors, as well as interested residents to its Donor Appreciation event on Wednesday, March 3, from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.
The open house is being hosted in appreciation of the strong support received from all over the Langley community for the last 25 years, and to celebrate the exciting future that lies ahead.
Bill Strain, the Board Chair will share for a few minutes starting at 6:30, touching on the agency's history and the journey the Langley Food Bank has been on for more than 25 years. Langley Food Bank staff and volunteers will be on hand to offer tours and share the vision for the road ahead.
Anyone who has been involved in the Langley Food Bank over the past 25 years is invited to join them. Donors, guests and friends are all welcome. Refreshments and snacks will be available throughout the evening.
