Langley man completes world record breaking Segway trek

Danny Halmo rolled a world record distance through Vancouver Island.

Langley’s Danny Halmo has set a very unique world record.

Wearing a Deadpool superhero costume, Halmo set a  Guinness World Record for the longest trip on a Segway.

Halmo started on Saltspring Island and then traveled down the length of Vancouver Island from Campbell River.

To celebrate his achievement, Halmo did a set a twirls in his firework spitting Segway in the courtyard of the Quality Inn in downtown Victoria.
