Langley photographer passes away

Harry Hunt was a well known figure around Aldergrove as a coach and photographer.

Longtime Aldergrove resident Harry Hunt passed away on Nov. 7 at the age of 75.

Hunt was well known in the community for his involvement in a variety of community sports as a coach. A long interest in athletics led him to begin taking photographs for Black Press’ Aldergrove Star. From sports photography he branched out into a variety of photos, and he contributed to the paper for more than 25 years.

A memorial service is being planned.
