Langley’s iconic drive-in theatre and abundant berry fields has earned the community third place on a ‘coziest cities in Canada’ list.

According to an article published by Expedia, an online travel company, Langley comes in third place out of 55 Canadian cities in terms of coziness.

The author of the article, Jennifer Cuellar, said Langley feels homey.

“When it comes to feeling cozy, there’s something special about nostalgia. With an old-fashioned movie drive-in and lush berry fields, Langley is the perfect place to feel at home.”

The article explains that a cozy city is “a place with attractions that provide warmth, relaxation, and community.”

According to the article, hotel data from Expedia.ca helped create the list.

Topping the list is Canmore, Alta., followed by London, Ont., and then Langley.

Other cities across the Lower Mainland and Fraser Valley that made the cozy cut are North Vancouver, Burnaby, Chilliwack, and Richmond.
