The weekly vegetable sales are winding down at Kwantlen Polytechnic University.
Horticulture instructor Shelley Murley showed off some of the products from the school’s greenhouses, which are sold off during the early fall every Thursday at the horticulture campus in Langley.
Murley noted that the best time to come is at 11 a.m., before the line of 20 to 30 early birds customers has snapped up the greenhouse vegetables, potatoes, carrots, radishes, and herbs.
