A musical mural behind McBurney Lane facing south towards Douglas Park is a real eye-catcheron an unusually warm November afternoon.
This mural was completed in August of 2011.
It was commissioned by the City of Langley Public Art Committee.
The group of artisits included: Bette Laughy, Claire Moore, Diana Durrand, Lucy Adams and Susan Falk.
‘Doug & the Lang-Langs’ was hung August 11, 2011 just a week prior to the Arts Alive that year.
The music and dance theme was to bring the activities of the Spirit Square into McBurney Plaza.
