Mother’s Day is fast approaching and the Langley Centennial Museum has the perfect gift for mom — the gift of time spent together.
Plant a Posy: Mother’s Day Fun runs at the Museum, at 9135 King St. in Fort Langley, on Saturday, May 9, with a morning session from 10 a.m. until 11 a.m. and an afternoon session from noon to 1 p.m. The cost is $15.75 per child, plus mom.
“Our mothers do so much for us on a daily basis and this program is a way to give back through showing appreciation for them,” said Township of Langley arts and culture programmer Maggie Lukban.
“Kids and their moms will enjoy spending time together while creating a beautiful flower pot and then taking it home to watch it blossom.”
To register visit RecExpress.ca, drop in to any Township community recreation facility, or call the Langley Centennial Museum at 604-532-3536.
