Coffee and a concert
Chamber music is set for April 19.
Beethoven and Cecile Chaminade are on the bill for the next Concerts Cafe Classico.
Their works will be performed by West Coast Chamber Music in the afternoon of April 19 at the Langley Community Music School Rose Gellert Hall.
The repertoire is vast and hugely varied, dating from the early renaissance through the classical and romantic periods to current day.
Among the selected works to be performed is Beethoven’s Piano Trio in C minor, Op.1, No. 3.
And the musicians will perform the Piano Trio in G minor, Op. 11 by Chaminade, a late Romantic French composer.

West Coast Chamber Music has long established roots with the music school.
Established in 1993, West Coast Chamber Music performers include LCMS faculty, pianists, and founding directors Alan Crane and Holly Duff. They will be joined by colleagues Angela Cavadas on violin and Rebecca Wenham on cello.

The Café Classico event starts at 2:30 p.m. with complementary coffee and refreshments, followed by a conversation with West Coast Chamber Music’s four performers, hosted by Bergmann.

The performance runs from 3:30 to 4:30 p.m.
