Langley’s own The Kwerks were among those who entertained at today’s packed house inside the Chief Sepass Theatre in Fort Langley, during the Township’s Canada 150 variety Christmas show.

Christmas can be a very hairied time, said Laura Koch of The Kwerks, as she introduced a Christmas song she wrote last year.

“It sort of seems some times like December arrives, and everything goes mad,” she said. Shopping, running around, crafts, parties, and so much to do.

“But the idea behind thing this song is just trying to enjoy the small things, the things that really make a difference to our lives… going at looking at Christmas lights and having time with family,” Laura explained.
