The Royal Canadian Theatre Company is hosting their second annual Oscar Night Gala at the Sheraton Vancouver Hotel in Guilford. The event takes place at 4:30 p.m. on Sunday, Feb. 26.
After a very successful first year in 2016, the glam event is back to raise more funds for RCTC's youth mentorship programs, run by Langley’s own Ellie King.
For 10 years, RCTC has been producing plays, musicals and pantomimes in Surrey and Maple Ridge and has helped hundreds of youth gain theatre training, self confidence and personal skills.
The evening, open to those ages 12 and up, features a red carpet/black tie theme complete with a champagne reception.
