Learn all about seeds and seed saving at a free display Saturday during the Langley Community Winter Farmers Market.

The 2018 Seed Celebration brings together vendors and experts so people can learn about the practice that is as old as agriculture – seed saving.

Stop by anytime between 10:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. at the west building on the Kwantlen Polytechnic University Langley campus.

Workshops: 10:30 a.m. is on seed saving. 11:45 a.m. is an experts Q&A, and 12:30 is on gardening.

In addition to local seed vendors, the event includes a seed swap, a display by the KPU seed library, experts and resources.

And it’s free admission and free parking. This event is presented in partnership between LEPS (Langley Environmental Partners Society), COHORTS, and Coast Capital Savings Library at KPU.
