The Las Vegas shooting massacre got a high school student thinking about Halloween.

Dear Editor,

Earlier this month the world was shocked when Stephen Paddock shot down 58 innocent people and then took his own life.

The horror of the Las Vegas shooting seems to have little impact as we move on to celebrate death through Halloween.

Last weekend I was in Value Village and my little brother picked up a toy chainsaw. As we looked at it closer we realized that it had blood splattered all over, I couldn’t help but think, “What are we celebrating?”
