The weather didn’t cooperate but volunteers motored on in their effort to raise money with a charity car wash in Murrayville on Saturday.

At the site of Precision Motors on Fraser Highway, several people volunteered to wash cars in the event organized by the Think Referrals business network.

The funds raised will go to the Think Generously non-profit society which helps local families in need. The business networking group holds various fundraisers during the year to support the society that was created in 2010.
