VIDEO: Two Langley students tackle worksafe issues on film

A pair of Walnut Grove Secondary students have won for their videos about making workplaces safer.

Ethan Eigenfeldt’s video, Find Your Voice, was a Worksafe BC winner.

Two students from Walnut Grove Secondary won two separate video contests through WorkSafeBC.

Ethan Eigenfeldt’s video, Find Your Voice, is the BC Safety Authority Student Safety Video Contest Award winner, and Kevin Kim’s video, Speak Out has won the Seaspan Student Safety Video Contest Award.

Each student was awarded prize money for themselves and their school.

In addition, Find Your Voice has been recommended to take part in a national competition through the Canadian Centre for Occupational Health & Safety.

The grand prize for this contest is $2,000, to be split between the school and the student.
