A Langley animal shelter is inviting the public to come out and go for a walk to support some cats and kittens in need of homes.
CARES is holding its 15th annual Walk for the Cats at Derby Reach Park on Sunday, Sept. 9.
Registration for the five kilometre walk starts at noon and the walk itself begins at 1 p.m.
Anyone can participate for a minimum of $20 in pledges.
