After months of hard work, Jennifer Wettlaufer has been crowned the Langley winner of Shape Your World Society’s Total Makeover Challenge.
Wettlaufer lost 57.6 pounds and 50.75 inches through the challenge, which gives 30 women in four different cities the opportunity to improve their lives through free fitness training, wealth seminars, nutrition coaching and more.
Wettlaufer was named the winner during the Shape Your Vogue Fashion Show Gala, held at Cascades Casino and Convention Centre on May 22. It was the biggest final event and fashion show that the Total Makeover Challenge has ever had, and featured participants from the Langley, Abbotsford, Chilliwack and Vancouver challenges.
“None of this could have happened without the generosity of all of our sponsors and the support of the many volunteers and board of Shape Your World Society. A huge thank you to all who were involved,” said Langley Co-ordinator Anita Voth, in a press release.
“We wish all the challengers a year full of growth and happiness as they continue their transformation journey.”
As the first place winner, Wettlaufer was also awarded a grand prize package worth thousands of dollars. The prizes include a full year of dental services (up to $3,000 value) from 123 Dental group, a specialty photoshoot with hair and makeup, a one year gym membership at She’s Fit and a getaway trip for two.
