The Langley Weavers’ and Spinners’ Guild is holding an Artisan Show and Sale in the Fort Langley Community Hall, 9167 Glover Rd., on Oct. 29 and 30 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Featuring unique, hand-crafted items made by guild artisans, the sale items include woven, knitted, spun and felted clothing, accessories and items for the home, as well as jewellery, pottery, leather work and mixed media by other local artists.
There will be a Wool Room selling yarn, fibre, supplies and equipment, and live demonstrations from guild members on how to create fabric by weaving on a loom, and how to create yarn with a spinning wheel.
Admission is by donation.
