The public has voted 81 per cent of traffic calming measures to slow down drivers in the area of 50th Avenue and 198th Street.
Langley City send area residents a ballot and the results show only 19 per cent of respondents were against.
Now residents can have a say at an open house on May 24 from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. in Nicomekl Elementary, 20050 53rd Ave.
The City has had many requests over the past several years to do something in the around Condor Park. This year it budgeted $400,000 for traffic calming within its boundaries.
City policy calls for public input on what design to use. City staff will be in attendance to answer questions and accept feedback.
Affected residents in the immediate area will be sent notices of the open house but any resident is free to attend and have their say.
