1.5 oz. of Legend Distillery cold-steeped Manitou orange sumac liqueur

2. The Empress

The micro-distilled gin used in this creation was crafted specially for Victoria’s famed Empress Hotel by Victoria Distillers – check out the colour change when you add the tonic!

1.5 oz. Campari

2 oz. tonic

1.5 oz. Victoria 1908 Empress Gin
