Discover big savings and big ideas at Langley’s Spring Home Expo

5 reasons to kickstart your home renovation at April 14 and 15 expo

If a renovation, new home or design project is on your to-do-list, this weekend’s Spring Home Expo is a must.

Looking for great deals on unique items for your home or garden you won’t see elsewhere? You’ll find those too!

Whether building or buying a new home, undertaking a major renovation or embarking on a room-by-room redesign, Langley’s 2018 Spring Home Expo provides the information and inspiration you need for your interior and outdoor spaces.

“It’s a mecca of inspiration for anyone looking to design, outfit, renovate or build,” says Darcy Hope, show manager with hosts Evergreen Exhibitions. “There’s a little bit of everything at the show – if you need blinds, they’re there; if you need a patio cover, it’s there; if you need flooring, it’s there.”

Need more reasons to visit? Here’s five!

Save big – Not only can you vie for a variety of door prizes from exhibitors throughout the show, but you can also take advantage of show-only deals. “Home show visitors have the opportunity to save thousands on their home improvements through show specials, available only through the home show, this weekend only,” Hope notes.

Find home solutions, from top to bottom – With more than 100 exhibits in one place – everything from roofing and windows to flooring and foundation, home solutions start here. Learn about new products, see in-booth demonstrations and take home tips and tricks for indoor repairs and outdoor maintenance.

Be inspired by the latest design trends – What are the go-to paint colours, flooring choices and decor trends? How can you create an outdoor living space you can’t wait to come home to? Ask the experts! “The inspiration is virtually endless” Hope says.

Custom and cutting edge – Get ready to have some fun with the kids this summer with the new springless trampolines, take advantage of the latest solar and eco-friendly products, and learn how to keep your home and family safe with exhibitors ranging from home security companies to home emergency kit suppliers who’ll help you prepare for a potential emergency.

It’s free! – Not only is parking free at the George Preston Rec Centre, but admission to Langley’s Spring Home Expo is also free! Visit Friday, April 13 from 1 to 6 p.m., Saturday, April 14 from 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. and Sunday, April 15 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Meet local experts to discuss your list of projects, and help you turn your house into your dream home.
