Entering their 23rd season, the Redwoods Golf Course is a staple in the Langley Community.
From coordinating a charity shotgun tournament of 156 excited golfers to executing a wedding for 200 guests with the power out, Redwoods has seen and done it all—most likely with massive smiles and a true eagerness to help.
The Redwood Golf Course is known for providing a topmost level of customer service to their guests golfing on the course, dining in the restaurant, and attending weddings at their facilities.
In late 2016, the Redwoods’ customer service was publicly acknowledged with an award for Service Excellence from the Greater Langley Chamber of Commerce 20th Annual Business Excellence Awards.
For their 2017 season, Redwoods has gone one step further with their customer service by introducing the Redwoods Golf Course App.
The app is free to download and allows golfers to earn free golf with a new customer loyalty rewards program, maintain a scorecard history, use an on course GPS that identifies distances from areas such as hazards and greens, book a tee time from the palm of your hand, and much more.
In addition, Redwoods App users will be the first to hear about on course promotions and specials; all the more reason to be a part of this app.
The Redwoods App creates an even better experience for valued guests by providing a platform for communication between the Redwoods and their customers, as well as giving easier access to Redwoods from the very device that so many people spend their days on.
