Driver sent to hospital after 200 Street crash

Only minor injuries in a crash with a pumper truck Thursday morning.

A 37-year-old Alberta man was taken to hospital with minor injuries after his vehicle crashed with a pumper truck on 200 Street and 62 Avenue during the Thursday morning commute.

Around 7:50 a.m., the silver car was northbound and the pumper truck was southbound turning left onto 62 Avenue when the crash occurred, said Langley RCMP.

The vehicle was heavily damaged. The driver of the vehicle was issued a violation ticket for driving without a license, said police.
