The Langley Township fire department wants to remind people that burning season is long over.
They have received and attended numerous burning complaints over the past few weeks and don’t want to fine anyone. Burning season ended April 30.
The next burning season is Sept. 1 to Oct. 31.
It’s been a very dry May and a predicted hot summer so the Township fire department is urging people to be careful.
