A minor fire in a Langley home's garage uncovered a small medicinal marijuana growing operation with an apparently expired licence.
Langley RCMP are investigating the fire, which was reported around 6 p.m. on Saturday in the 8200 block of 208 St.
Police were called in after firefighters discovered the marijuana.
Langley RCMP said it appears there was a licence to grow medicinal marijuana at that location, but the licence seems to have expired.
No charges have been laid so far.
