The authors of Good Riddance, Showing Clutter the Door have teamed with property developer Newmark Properties to host a downsizing and decluttering workshop.
The event is intended for those selling their homes.
Though free, the April 28 workshop at the new Murrayville House development, 22196 50th Ave., people must sign up in advance via http://murrayvillehouse.com/downsize_event.html.
The workshop runs 6:30 to 9:30 p.m. next Tuesday.
Authors Susan Borax and Heather Knittel, of Good Riddance Professionals Organizing Solutions, will teach about turning clutter into cash, donations, editing belongings to stage a home for sale, and more.
Attendees receive a copy of their book.
