Langley, missing lots of money?

Someone was more generous than intended when they donated old clothes to a Langley thrift shop, say Langley RCMP.

A significant amount of cash was found in some clothing turned into Value Village in Langley City before Aug. 27.

One of the employees at the store located the cash when the clothing was being readied for resale.

The money has been turned over to the Langley RCMP, which is looking to find the rightful owner.

Anyone who recently donated clothing to Value Village and believes they may have left the money in a pocket can contact the Mounties at 604-532-3200.
