An armed robber and a store worker got into a fight during a robbery Sunday morning at a Langley gas station.
The robber entered the Husky station at the corner of 68th Avenue and 216th Street at 8:15 a.m., said Cpl. Holly Largy, spokesperson for the Langley RCMP.
The masked man had a handgun and demanded money. He made off with a small amount of cash after getting into a physical altercation with a worker, Largy said.
“He wasn’t injured,” Largy said the store employee.
The gun was not fired.
The suspect is described as 6’0”, 210 to 220 pounds, with dark hair and wearing a black shirt with a grey logo.
