What are the three most pressing issues facing Langley residents, and how will you address them?

The three most important issues in Langley and East Langley are our broken political system, where money counts more than people do; the high cost of living, including the rising real estate costs, and the provincial and national debts.

The broken political system has taught us that our involvement in the process is choosing the lesser of the evils every four years.

The rising cost of living threatens the future of both young older people and is contributing to the creation homelessness.

The $20 billion we add to the provincial debt every four years threaten the future even more.

Reform is needed in most areas, starting with election reform to keep people more involved with the process.

Opening up the Crown land and ALR to development will help lower real estate prices.

Returning to a silver and gold standard will help increase the purchasing power of the dollar, and encourage the development of Canadian mining operations.

Strict requirements, should be in place to encourage a responsible and ethical environmental plan to prevent damage to the environment.

We would like to shrink the size of government and encourage a true free market to create solutions in all areas. We would create a debt ceiling.

We would tarriff foreign real estate investment, in helping contain rising prices.
