Langley RCMP are looking for this man in connection with a sexual assault at a gas station.

Langley Mounties have released a sketch of the suspect in the recent sexual assault of a gas station employee.

On Aug. 9, an apparently intoxicated man entered the station in the 19800 block of Fraser Highway at about 8 p.m.

The employee was eating her lunch when the man came up behind her and touched her inappropriately, said Cpl. Holly Largy, spokesperson for the Langley RCMP.

The woman managed to shove the suspect away, and he fled on foot.

Because it was about half an hour before the event was reported, the Police Dog Services couldn’t help out with a track on the suspect.

The man is described as Indo-Canadian, in his mid-20s, with brown hair in an “Elvis style,” brown eyes, and a goatee. He was about 5’6” and 155 pounds, and was wearing jeans and a dark blue shirt with stripes, and was carrying a black backpack.

Anyone with information can call the Langley RCMP at 604-532-3200, or to remain anonymous, call CrimeStoppers at 1-800-222-8477 (TIPS).
