Power went out at Langley Fundamental Middle School, Brookswood, HD Stafford, Uplands and Glenwood Elementary at the end of the day on Thursday. Power went out around 2 p.m. north of 16 Ave., sought of Douglas Crescent and west of 216 St. area. Students stayed in the schools, said the Langley School District.
BC Hydro hasn't listed a cause but it is windy out there. Several traffic lights were out as well.
