Since the last time Langley residents went to the polls to choose a provincial government, local electoral districts have changed.

The Langley riding has shrunk, and now runs from 72nd Avenue to Zero Avenue, from the Surrey border east to 216th Street.

The former Fort Langley-Aldergrove riding has changed shape more dramatically, and been renamed Langley East. The riding now includes Willoughby north of 72nd Avenue, North Langley, and central Langley. It runs east to 264th Street north of the Trans Canada Highway, and to 248th south of the highway.

Residents living in Aldergrove south of the Trans Canada now reside in Abbotsford South, those north of the highway in Abbotsford West.
