Sunshine makes for a great Community Day

Annual parade on Saturday was popular, as were events that followed at Douglas Park.

A Fraser Valley Italo-Canadian Society float boasting a miniature Leaning Tower of Pisa, Papal impersonator and Julias Caesar himself entertained spectators during the parade.

Colourful sights and sounds took over a several block stretch of the Fraser Highway in downtown Langley Saturday for the city's annual Community Day Parade, which ended at the site of a full day of family activities in Douglas Park.
