Tourism Langley has hired two new staff members.

Erinn Kredba has joined the tourism marketing organization as director of governance and stakeholder relations, and Mun Bagri, director of destination and sport development.

Kredba has worked with Tourism Vancouver and has consulted for Tourism Langley in the past, including during the 2010 Winter Olympics.

For the past five years, she was the administrator of the Langley Minor Hockey Association.

Bagri has been consulting with Tourism Langley since 2013 and has worked on its sports hosting strategy.

“We are very excited with the team we have in place as well as the energy from our partnership with the Township of Langley and our engaged and energetic new board of directors,” said board chair Taylor Henderson.

Tourism Langley has been in the process of restructuring for much of this year. Langley City and Township once jointly supported a single tourism marketing agency, but they split into two groups.

Tourism Langley now supports projects in the Township.
