Two of three men who bolted from a trip to court-ordered addiction recovery were recaptured, but Langley RCMP are looking for the third.

The three men had been released from the Surrey Pretrial Centre, with the condition that they live at Vision Quest, an addictions treatment centre in Chilliwack.

A Vision Quest staffer was driving them through Langley en route to the facility when all three men made a run for it, said Cpl. Holly Largy, spokesperson for the local RCMP.

They jumped out of the car when it slowed at 216th Street and Glover Road, said Largy.

The men ran south, coming close to Langley Secondary and briefly prompting a Code Yellow lockdown at the school.

Langley RCMP were out shortly after the escape rounding them up.

One of the men was recaptured relatively quickly, in a field near 216th Street.

Another was found sitting at a bus stop near the east bound lanes of Fraser Highway.

The third man has not been recovered as of Thursday morning. An arrest warrant for breaching his conditions will be ordered, Largy said.

The two remaining men are being held in custody pending a court appearance.
