It was a close call for a young man who witnessed his pick-up truck go up in flames, just hours before he was supposed to sell it.
While driving past Thunderbird Show Park at 248 Street and 72 Avenue he noticed his truck begin to smoke.
The young man immediately pulled over to the side of the road, got out of his vehicle and called 911.
Minutes later his pick-up caught on fire, with flames shooting out of the gas tank.
Firefighters cordoned off the area and doused the flames.
No one was injured in the incident.
