Two men are in critical condition after a 1955 Chevrolet lost control and rolled several times just after 8 p.m. Tuesday night.
The red and white antique car was heading westbound on 238 Street in the 5400 block when it quickly accelerated and lost control, according to witnesses.
The victims, a 77-year-old and 54-year-old from Langley, were both not wearing seatbelts.
The driver was found inside the upside-down car suffering from multiple injuries, while the passenger was found outside.
Although the injuries were originally thought to be non-life threatening, both men's conditions have worsened.
Police also believe alcohol was a factor.
The vehicle has been sent for a mechanical inspection and the Lower Mainland ICARS is assisting in the investigation.
Anyone with more information is asked to contact the Langley RCMP at 604-532-3200.
