Woman allegedly defrauded hardware store

A woman wanted for fraud may be traveling by bus.

The Langley RCMP are asking for public help in tracking down a woman wanted for fraud.

Elia Maria Elias allegedly walked into the Home Depot on Jan. 16 this year, took an item off the shelf, and then got cash back for it at the customer service desk, without a receipt.

Elias is a 41-year-old Hispanic woman, standing 5’0” and with a slender build. She has brown hair and brown eyes and her last known address was in Vancouver. She has been known to travel around Canada by Greyhound bus.
