Notice is hereby given that the Township of Langley Council will meet and hold a Public Hearing.
At the Public Hearing, all persons who believe their interest in property is affected by the proposed bylaws shall be afforded a reasonable opportunity to be heard or to present written submissions respecting matters contained in the bylaws that are the subject of the hearing.

Purpose: Bylaw No. 5957 proposes to amend the Willoughby Community Plan and Yorkson Neighbourhood Plan by redesignating a portion of the site to allow townhouses and adding a site-specific amendment to the requirements of the Single Family Mixed Residential designation. Bylaw No. 5958 proposes to rezone property from Suburban Residential Zone SR-2 to Residential Zone R-1A, Residential Compact Lot Zones R-CL(RH) and R-CL(SD) and Comprehensive Development Zone CD-208 for development of 2 single family lots, 17 rowhouse lots, 32 semi-detached lots and 66 townhouses. A development variance permit to vary siting and lot depth requirements for the single family lots and a streamside protection development permit are being considered in conjunction with these bylaws.
And take further notice that a copy of Township of Langley Bylaw Nos. 5836, 5837, 5957 and 5958; Development Permit No. 101460; Development Variance Permit No. 100156; and relevant background material may be inspected between the hours of 8:30am and 4:30pm, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, from October 24 to November 4, both inclusive, at the Community Development Division Development Services counter, 2nd floor, Township of Langley Civic Facility, 20338 – 65 Avenue, or online at www.tol.ca/hearing.
