ARKINSTALL, Alan Warren. With tremendous sadness we announce the unexpected passing of our husband, father, grandfather, son and brother at the age of 55.
Alan passed away August 27, 2005 at his home on West Lake in Prince George. He was predeceased by his father Alex (Sandy) and his younger sister Hazel in 2002. He will be forever loved and deeply missed by Muschie, his wife of 34 years, his daughter Jennie (Jeff), his precious six week old grandson Caylen, his mother Mavis of Langley, his brothers Bill (Marg), Dave (Diana), Joe (Deb) St. Luke, his sisters Kathie (Miles) Knighton and Kim Arkinstall of Calgary, along side his second family of dear friends and co-workers embraced over his 35 year career in the B.C. freight industry.
This sweet soul left gentle footprints on the heart of everyone he touched, and we are better people for his short presence with us. In lieu of flowers, donations to the BC Cancer Society would be appreciated.
